NL-DGS8MP is the NEW structured light digitizing optimized for the scanning of shoe-lasts.
With the new NL-DGS8MP scanner Newlast reaches a new level in the definition of last. Implementing an ultra-high 8.5 mpх sensor camera, unique in our field, NL-DGS8MP can offer a very quick and precise scanning flow.
The Fully renewed and rewritten software offers three scanning possibilities:
- AUTOLAST. Completely automated process to scan the lasts through just two positions on the rotating table.
- AUTOLAST EDIT MODE. Possibility to modify the automatic scan, for example by removing a scan with reflections or through the functions of local smoothing, hole filling, smoothing, mesh reduction etc…
- EXPERT MODE. Full functionality for scanning all other objects.
NL-DGS8MP is equipped by a new automatic higher precision rotating table for the various positions of the scanning process.
The scanner also includes PC, Monitor, related management software and SLIM Setupmodel module (FRV™ compatible) with support insertion for SDF and traditional technology making it perfectly integrated into the Newlast production system.
NL-DGS8MP gives the possibility to scan various objects such as heels, soles and shoes with file export in STL, color OBJ texture and FRV™ Newlast formats.
The quality of the texture is, as always, exceptional.
