Description
SDMARK – laser marking shoe lasts system – the new era of innovation in the footwear production process.
The Marking Module of S.L.I.M. 4.0 software, thanks to the virtual 3D model information processing, is able to send to a robotic arm, with 6-axis handling, the shoe last positioning data under the laser head.
A small metal plate is positioned on the shoe last dovetail. With a pneumatic clamping device, the robot picks the shoe last and perfetcly positions it under the laser head. In this manner, it is possible to mark every sign in each point on the shoe last surface, in order to get the best shoe assembly:
style lines, texture, rulers, size number, brand logo and also a Qr code (generated by the software) are all the useful information that can distinctively identify the shoe last model.
A further tool module, connected with the robot, can also complete light drilling operations (for example on the shoe last heel) at the end of the marking cycle.
SDMARK automates the marking phase, resulting in a complete repeatable process; any kind of possible inaccuracy caused by the actual technologies or manual manufacturing is deleted.
