Description
SDF6 HS+ is the last generation three-pairs finishing machine designed to meet high productivity needs. The innovative “dovetail” support on the top of the last, rather than on the toe and on the heel allows to perfectly finish three pairs of lasts, without any further manual operations. This clamping system, allows the complete processing and eliminates all the risks of deformation of the model caused by tailstock clamping. Thanks to its 9 interpolated axis, it is possible to finish three pairs of lasts in only one working cycle (about 45 pairs/hour). SDF6 HS+ machine allows the fast and precise execution of .FRV™ files, in the original and in all the other sizes.
During the working cycle it is also possible to elaborate the next size or a different model. SDF technology is a Newlast Italia patent.
