Description
SF6 is the traditional technology finishing machine for three pairs of lasts.
The overhaul of the machine consists of the functional reconditioning and replacement of the main mechanical and electronic components.
The bodywork has been completely repainted and brought back to new.
The control unit and lubrication systems have been rechecked, recalibrated and cleaned.
The components of the electrical panel have been replaced with the latest generation elements as well as the PC, the Numerical Control, the cables, the axis movement elements, the input/output module and the front panel.
The latest HMI version of the Newlast software, with .FRV™ file compatibility, has been installed and it has been adeguated with the Industry 4.0 optional module for bidirectional communication with the machine.
It allows the fast and accurate execution of .FRV™ in the original and in all the other sizes. During the working cycle it is also possible to elaborate the next size or a different model.
